Recreational Girls Volleyball Clinic and Competitive Games (Spring/Summer 2019)
For girls not participating in the 2019 club season program, we have created a spring 2019 recreation program for girls (and boys if enough are interested) ages 9-13. Rec programs are designed to introduce and train all the basic skills to new athletes in this wonderful game at various locations in the east bay valley as gyms become available. The Alamo/Danville program is now open, and email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the Walnut Creek and Orinda programs listed below.. Current available programs include:
The Danville/Alamo/San Ramon area recreation and development program.
The spring 2019 rec program in Alamo/Danville is finalized and is now taking registrations. The program runs Tue/Thur from 4-5:30, from March 5th - May 9th (except Spring Break Apr 2nd & 4th) at the San Ramon Valley United Methodist Church in Alamo. Fee is $395 payable on your first day of class. Register here via teamsnap.
For recreational volleyball in Orinda/Moraga, the LMYA program is awesome. For higher level development, training and competition, Vibe offers a series of summer clinics, runs an amazing fall ball program, and runs club volleyball at Wagner Ranch. Information coming soon. Email us for to get on our contact list.
Once the Vibe courts at Shadelands in Walnut Creek is open (expected late April), we expect to create the most extensive training program in the area. Stay tuned.
Vibe coaches help run its rec programs as a way to introduce young athletes to the sport of Volleyball. Sessions start with skill development in a clinic style format learning the key techniques of passing, hitting, serving, and setting. As these skills are developed, competitive games are introduced to promote each skill in a game environment.
